Recruiting Leaders is Every Network Marketers Dream! We all want to have more leaders join the team! We’re looking for the people that already have the skills… They can be an asset to the team. And maybe they already have a bunch of people that are looking to join with them! However, in order to have leaders join your team, there are several things you need to put in place to attract them to you.
3 Tips for Recruiting More Leaders
Recruiting Tip #1: Look for People Already Displaying Leadership Qualities. While this may seem quite obvious, this small piece of advice is often violated. When people make their list and they start contacting people on it, they often go for the low-hanging fruit. The people that they’re confident they will say yes. And while that’s great… it is not going to necessarily add Leaders to your team.
So if you want to add leaders. You need to be focused on talking to them. As simplistic as that may be most people are fearful and so they don’t go after the big dogs. Instead they leave those people up for grabs for the network marketers who ARE prepared to talk to them.
Recruiting Tip #2: Work with Those Who Are Hungry. This is at the core of how we built our network marketing business. In fact most of our leaders that are at the top of the Compensation Plan, have never done network marketing before. So how does that happen? Since this is very atypical…
We Focused on Those Who Were Hungry. There’s two things you can do… you can either find a leader or help raise up a leader. The Mission Statement for our team… Is to raise up leaders, that proclaim a message of freedom, and take that declaration around the world. That philosophy has served us very well thus far.
So What Does This Mean For You? It means that it doesn’t necessarily matter where people start, but if they’re hungry, coachable, willing to work, and they’re ready to go for it, they can go to the top. You may have people that start off as construction workers, or cleaning ladies. They may not be people that that society would deem as “successful” in a professional sense. But time and time again these people have what it takes because they have a burning desire.
Recruiting Tip #3: Be Someone Worthy of Following. Out of everything that we talked about thus far, this tip is going to help you with the other two things. You must pour into yourself. You must work on who you are. You must establish yourself as a leader by changing who you are from the inside out and, producing results. So what does this mean exactly?
You’ve Got to do Personal Development. Find a skill you want to master and read up on it. Watch some YouTube videos. Or get an audiobook. You have to have something to contribute. Your leadership must be valuable. When it is, it will attracted other people to you! The second part is that you got to do something….
No One Wants To Follow a Leader That Has No Track Record. So get out there and put some numbers on the board! Learn as you go! That is the best form of learning anyway! If you haven’t had much success so far– join forces with your upline. Have them work with you daily. Go get in to action and report back what happened. They will help you tweak things as you go. This is a daily process, it will requires daily work. But if you take these tips and apply them in your life and business, you can interact some of the very best people to join your team!
