It’s a New Month! It’s a New Day! Are You Ready to Rock It Out? I sure hope so! So let’s talk some strategy! Here are some things you can do to launch your team and get in and out of the gates quickly this month! Also if you do not have a team just yet we will be talking about what you should do to get things rolling!
Each and every month we want to begin with the end in mind! Creating momentum! Ranking up! Earning bonus checks! Qualifying for luxury cars! And picking up any trips that are on the table from your company! So how are we going to do it?
There are two parts to making this happen. Working with the leaders in your team. And Launching the new people that have joined the organization.
What to Do if You have a Team?
Step #1: Draw out Your Business.
Why do this? It gives you a visual on what exactly is happening. It helps you see where to work. Where you need to generate volume. Also where you need help raise up leaders. Drawing out your business is always key to being strategic! It is like your blueprint for success! An architect would not begin with out a set of plans right? These are your plans! You are building your legacy for FREEDOM!
Step #2: See who is ready to roll?
You need to see who has a goal and is ready to go for it! You need to cast a vision of what is possible and help them put a game plan on paper.
Step #3: Go to the New People & Launch them. Identify who is ready to run and who you can raise up. Help raise up new leaders by helping them meet their goal. When you go to the very bottom of your organization it and help them be successful. It creates volume that not only gets them excited and on fire for what is possible. But it also pushes up everybody above them in the organization. So it is a win-win for everybody involved!
Are You Brand New? What do You do?
The core of everything we do starts with the list. What is a list? It is everybody you know.
Why do network marketing companies choose to Market their products or services this way? It’s because of the asset that you have! Your list of connections! Your Rolodex! People you’ve known and spend time with for years! How much more powerful is it for you to make a recommendation for something you like then for them to spend tons of money on marketing and advertising. They know this is a way more effective way to get their product out there.
Your list of connections is the greatest asset that you have! This is the raw material from which you were going to build your six-figure retirement business! So do not take this lightly! The list is key for your success!
How do you Make Your List?
Think of this like a brainstorm. Make a list of potential candidates and put them on paper. Put down anybody and everybody until you have a good solid list of 30 to 100 people.
Next you want identify your influencers. People that you think would be awesome for this business! Because they are very business-minded and they have some get up and go. Or maybe because they are very well connected. Good professions are: realtors, people in sales, pastors, teachers, coaches, hairdressers, 
barbers.
Remember this, if you bring quality they will bring quantity. If you bring good quality people they will bring a lot of others to the table.
Next off, you want to go rapid fire. Your actions and how you work your list will dictate your growth. If you have a list of a hundred just go for it! Don’t try and spread that over the next 2 or 3 months. Go contact 10 people a day for the next 10 days! You will put some numbers on the board! You will create some momentum! And you will be surprised all of the great things will come from it!
One final note. If you start working your list and you get some resistance. Stop! Don’t blow the rest of your list if there’s something that maybe needs to be tweaked with what you’re doing. Get council from you’re active up line leader and Mentor. They will help you to adjust anything that may be causing resistance with your list. Then go back out there and go for it 100%!
