So you’re ready to restart your business?
You tried before a while back and then took a breather… But now you’re ready to get back in the game… Sometimes when this happens it is easy not to be sure where to start. If that is how you feel, we’re going to talk all about it! Where do you start? What do you do? How do you get things going?
First and foremost there is one thing that we need to do if we want to build confidence…we need to get you some wins! This is Paramount!
I recently had a leader in our team promo up to a fairly high level in the company. He was always an awesome leader. But the metamorphosis that he underwent after he promoted was amazing! His confidence went through the roof! The way he walked! The way he talked! The way he presented! His Ultra Persona came out. It was absolutely amazing. We need to do the same for you. We need to get some “wins” up on the scoreboard so you can start feeling better about your confidence level…the business…and your ability to help others. So we’re going to cover five specific areas that you can focus on to get back in the game!
Step 1: Go back to the drawing board. This is the core Foundation of all that we do. You must remake your list. You can use your phone, Facebook, church directory, email list-anything you can think of. Treat it like a brain dump and get everything down on paper.
Step 2: Review Your Calendar. Look back at the times when you did build the business before and think about the people who had expressed an interest in the past. These are the best low hanging fruit out there!
Step 3: Now it’s time to cherry-pick! Normally, if you were just getting started for the very first time we would cherry-pick and look for the best most high-quality people. For now we are not going to do that. Instead we are looking for fast and immediate wins! If there is somebody that expressed interest in the past they would be top on the list. If there’s someone that you think the odds are they will probably say “yes” they would be first on the list.
Here is one thing that is 100% Guaranteed, 100% of the time! Everything changes!
You might have had someone who turned you down in the past, but things have shifted. They lost their job, or they’re looking for something fun to do, or they’re finally ready. Maybe they put you off they said come back in the summer, spring, winter or fall. Well it’s time to come back!
Step 4: Get in front of them! My first preference is one to one meet ups. But you decide whatever you think is the best way to connect with your prospect
Step 5: Call in the reinforcements. What am I talking about? I am talking about your upline. It’s time to put them to work! Bring them with you to your next one-on-one appointment. Or use them for a three way call to close out your meeting.
Follow these five steps and you’ll be well on your way to to scoring in the business! Helping some people move to a “yes” decision! Growing your team, getting some customers, and building your confidence and success in Network Marketing!
