If you want to win in business confidence is king! It determines whether you will hold back, or go for it one hundred percent! Whether you would push forward to rank up, or decide to do it “next time”. Whether you will be bold enough to talk to the prospect, or just let an other opportunity pass you by. It determines just about everything!
Since confidence is so very important, and vital to all that you do. We’re going to talk about 11 Easy Tips you can do to increase your self confidence!
Tip #1: Powerful Body Language.This probably seemed like an obvious one. But so many people walk around violating it. When you think about how someone looks when they are unsure, fearful, shy. I’m sure you get a vivid picture that comes to mind. Their shoulders are hunched over, their head is down, they don’t want to look you in the eye. When you think about somebody that is strong and confident how do th
ey look? You know… their shoulders are back, head is up, and they have direct eye contact. Their gestures are strong and to the point. They just have a positive way about them!Just by changing how you move your body, it will change how you feel and your confidence will rise!
Tip #2: Exercise Regularly. I’m sure this is not the first time you’ve heard this, LOL! But exercise is good not only for your health, but it makes you feel better!
Tip #3: Stay Away from Negative People.We have enough negative things to deal with. Last thing we need is people to be around us that are also negative. If somebody put you down, discourages your dreams, says it can never happen. Those are NOT the kind of people you should be hanging out with. Move on an get some new positive peeps in your life.
Tip #4: Keep Your Promises to Yourself and Others.This is so very important you must always be a man or woman of your word. Definitely when it comes to other people, but most importantly, to yourself!
Tip #5: Eat that Frog! If you have one hairy, audacious, goals or thing that needs to get knocked off your list. Start with that thing first! Just get it out of the way and get it done!
Tip #6: Dress the Part. In this day and age people definitely judge a book by its cover. Not only that, but don’t you feel better when you look better? Dress the part of a successful entrepreneur and you’ll see people respond to you differently. Plus your confidence will also go up!
Tip #7: Be Prepared. The more prepared you are… The more confidence you will have…
Tip #8: Stop the Negative Self-Talk. The next time you hear negative self-talk start in your mind…Stop it dead in its tracks. Your inner self talk is the voice you hear the most! Decide that you will not speak 
negative, and disempowering things over yourself any longer! If you hear something that is not uplifting… stop it, and replace it with something positive. Just silencing the inner critic will do volumes for your confidence!
Tip #9: Get Into Action! Start with a small goal and work your way up from there.
Tip #10: Give Back. When you do something and give of yourself to another person, you automatically feel better about who you are!
Tip #11: Do the Right Thing, Even when Nobody is Watching. This may be the ultimate! No deep down inside you will know you did the right thing. When you will stand up for what you believe, all will go well with you.
These are my 11 easy tips for Building Self Confidence! Take them, use them, put them into practice! Your self-confidence will go up! And so will your business!
