This one book has help to contribute in creating more millionaires then any other thing out there. What am I talking about? None other then Think And Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill!
One of the core things Hill talks about and the foundation for the entire book is to develop and implement your “Major Definite Purpose”.
Now that may not make tons of sense, but think of this as your “Mission Statement”, “Your Life’s Work” or a Declaration of your Plans to the World!
Hill has 6 Steps to help you put a clear concise framework together so you can use it to build your life! To take the things you hope for and believe for, and put it down on paper.
Now this book was written in 1937. So the language is a little old school. But I am going to paraphrase it for today’s terms.

6 Specific Steps
Step 1: Decide Exactly what you want—Write down the exact about of money that you want to have and when you expect to have it by.
What is in your heart that you are really hoping for? What are you believing for? What is it that you want out of life? Think about it and write it down. Now this may not be easy… It actually requires that you do some critical thinking.
Step 2: What Will You Give To Get it?
What ever you want must be exchanged for something you can give, a service, a product, helping people. What are you willing to give up in your life or how will you serve other people to achieve your goal?

We must give our time, talent and our treasure
What will you sacrifice to move ahead? Be it TV Time, hobby time or something else. And most importantly will you do in its place in order to move forward?
Step 3: Set a Specific Date to Get It By– I always like to set goals around big events. Like perhaps you want to walk stage as a certain title at your next company convention. Or you have people in your group you want to help promote up. Get the date you want it all by.
Step 4: Write an Exact Plan for how you will carry it out.
Now you may think “I don’t have an exact plan. If I did I would already be there!” LOL! Just get something down on paper. Your best guestimate is better then no plan at all!
Step 5: Write a Clear Concise Statement summarizing everything.
So basically what you write down in the first four steps and take it and put in in paragraph form. Make it 
something you could read. Make it something that would inspire you…that would and stir you up inside! This will become your “Major Definite Purpose”
Step 6: Take Your “Major Definite Purpose” and Read it Twice Daily.
Read it as if you are stepping in to the story right now. See it in your minds eye as already happening. Like you are dreaming and you are the main character. See it. Envision it, and imaging stepping in to that person.
For you to truly get all that you hope and desire something needs to change on the inside of you. You must become the person you envision in your Mission Statement.
One thing that is essential for building a huge business and making your dreams come to pass is learning how to “scale your business”. Learning how to get things working with out you being there! One of the best ways I know how to do that is thru social media…
