Out-of-Town Sponsoring TIP #1: You’ve Got to Prospect UP! That means you’re looking for leaders. Business owners. Who do you know that owns The Print Shop… the restaurant you go to, who is your realtor? Who do you know that is self-employed? Who do you know that’s got the mouth of the South! Hairdressers, DJs, Preschool teachers! Who do you know that’s an awesome connector? Maybe they’re a team leader at church or they seem to just have friends from everywhere. These are the type of people that we’re looking for. Upwardly mobile people! The kind that if you shared your business, they would probably have the finances available to get started!
Out-of-Town Sponsoring TIP #2: You Want to Share It with Them! So share your company overview video or book a time to jump on a zoom meeting.
Out-of-Town Sponsoring TIP #3: Help Them Launch! You can send them a getting started training video if your company has one or walk them over it on the phone. The thing that is most important is that you’ve got to train them on what to say. You want to get them comfortable with what they are doing so that when they go talk to their Warm Market that they actually have success!
Out-of-Town Sponsoring TIP #4: Help Them Set Some Goals! We want to get them focused on what they can do. And if they ever expect you to go to that area to support them, they’re going to need to 
put some numbers on the board first! You can support them through 3-way calls, Facebook lives, and call or Zoom in to close out meetings or 1 to1’s. But the goal is that they Earn while they learn! We want them to become self-sufficient right away. And they’re kind of going to have to go out of necessity, especially if they are all across the country!
Out-of-Town Sponsoring TIP #5: Continue to Support Them on an Ongoing Basis. As long as they continue to grow and expand you want to consider possibly visiting that market every 3 to 6 weeks. This will help to keep the team going. And it will also let them know that there are other leaders outside the area willing to help! Watch the video above for more details…
