Let’s talk objections. How many times have you heard your prospects tell you “but I’m Not a Sales Person“? A Bunch! LOL! There is huge a misconception about the industry. And, the belief about what we do is “sales”! And yes, we do get paid to move our products and services. However, the truth of the matter is this is, this is really not a “sales deal.”

Every time I hear people that assume network marketing is all about being 
a stellar sales person I have to sadly inform them that they are definitely wrong! There are people who stink at sales who are top income earners in network marketing! And there are people who are Stellar sales people who can’t make it more than 30 to 60 days! Try that one on for size! So what gives?
It’s Really About Team Building… The truth is, it’s not about selling your product… It is not about selling your opportunity… It’s about creating a team of people. A whole lot of people, that all do a little bit! Because, at the end of the day it’s about creating a culture, and environment, a family. You, are building a team of people that are all moving towards their dreams and goals.
You’re not creating some cutthroat sales deal.
Who is Best in MLM? So many times I’ve seen prospects say that they are not sure if they can do this because they’re not good at sales. Or they have never done sales before. My answer to them is always FABULOUS! This is among one of the simplest networking marketing objections to tackle.
Sometimes Sales People Suck in MLM! When you have people with past sales experience you have to break them of their bad habits. Do you know what I’m talking about? Have you ever seen the revolving door? …You know one person comes in the business… another person falls out.
They sign up a new person and someone else goes off auto ship! We call that the “Revolving Door”!
I don’t think any of us would sign up for that!
That is Addition and subtraction! Not multiplication!
The problem with sales people is they think the deal is done at the end of the sale…. In network marketing that is when the relationship starts!
Selling is Easy when it Comes from the Heart.
Just think, do you have a hard time sharing something you’re passionate about? No! Does your kid have a hard time telling you why they should get an ice cream cone an hour before dinner? No!!
If you have people in your life that you care about, you should have no problem sharing with them how this can help them. Even when dealing with common objections in the networking marketing space. We’re not talking about doing some “slimy salesperson thing” where you back them into a corner…twist their arm or make them feel like crap if they don’t join your team.
No that’s for the birds! No one likes to be treated that way! But when you genuinely share from your heart something you think could help them. Or you see an area of concern that your product, service or business 
opportunity could help them with… doesn’t it seem like a natural win-win?
Who is Great for Network Marketing?
People that are great connectors, teachers, coaches, hairdressers, barbers, small business owners, people are awesome at team building. They are people that genuinely like helping others. People that are not content with mediocrity. And, they want more out of life and are willing to do something about it!
That’s who we are looking for!
We recently had some people join our business. And, they had been in management for quite some time but they shared with me some concern since they’ve never done sales before. I told them “Perfect!… Do you have a team of people that you helped put together?” They said “yes!” I told them that’s all we really do!
