Weeks come… And weeks go… But what makes the difference is how you prepare for them!
Nobody Plans to Fail… They Just Fail to Plan
You could have a week that you think about, and plan out in advance. And because of that you get awesome results! Or you could have another week that just rolls on by and not much changes…. you decide! I say it’s time to have a booty kickin’ week!
So how are we going to do it? There are really only two things you do in network marketing… the first part is personal production. The second part is driving depth. Let’s talk about them.
So let’s say you were brand new and you are just getting started. Or perhaps you have been in a while. However your team is not moving as fast as you would like. And you know it is time to re-launch your business and get things rolling for yourself. Either way, we’re going to start with Phase 1.
“Phase 1” is all about Personal Production. That is where you duplicate yourself. Which may be the entire reason you got a network marketing to begin with! Leverage~The idea that you could get paid with out you being there.
What does that look like exactly? Well the core Foundation starts with making your list. Go through your phone, go through your Facebook, go through anything where you have a list of connections. And treat it like a total brainstorm! Don’t try and disqualify anybody up front! Just get everyone down on paper. Then you want to contact the people on your list to set up a time to meet with him.
From there you can show the plan via a 1 to 1 meet up or a home party. That is what we call personal production it’s about you putting numbers on the board. It’s about you personally recruiting. Then once you have new people that join your team then you have something to work with! It is a place from which your duplication can begin!
Now we Graduate to “Phase 2”. That is what we call driving depth. That is where you go down into your organization and look for gold! You’re looking for the people that are ready to go.
There are three types of people that will end up in your business. The first type is “The Runner”. They are ready to go now! This is exactly the person we’re looking for. You also have people that are “Casual Builders”. And last off there are people that signed up in the business but at the end of the day they becoming more of a product user. Just keep that in mind… We are looking to “run with the Runners, walk with the Walkers and love on the people that just want to use our products.”
To push them into a different category might push them out of the business so let them be where they are and make them all feel comfortable. Then once you have somebody that’s ready to go. You want to run them through “Phase One.” You want to get some people that are personally recruited by them that you can work with. All we do is repeat Phase One over and over and over again. The goal is to get down to the newest person and help them get a new recruit ASAP. That is the art of driving depth.
For you to plan your week, just think about which phase applies to you… If you’re just getting started you’re definitely in Phase 1. The minute you have a new recruit you can go into phase two which is basically where you help them do Phase 1 make sense? Watch the short video and it explains it all in detail…
