How to Build a Massive MLM Team! If you really want to build a Massive Team there are some core elements you want to have in place. They’re not hard, they’re not complicated, but they are the keys to building a large organization. Here are the five keys that helped us build a team of 50000 Reps! Some may sound simple or even familiar… but just because it is common sense, does not mean it is common practice. So your job is to take these things and put it into practice in your organization.
Key #1 Keep it Simple! So many times it’s easy to let things become complicated. It’s not hard to do with all the crazy compensation plans out there! Plus there’s lots of great products that have tons of details. The drama is in the details so steer clear of the drama! Keep it as simple as you possibly can. You want to dumb things down so a seven year old can do them. The mark of a great leader is taking something complicated and making it simple not taking it the other way around.
Key #2 Keep it Duplicatable. Remember what works is not always what duplicate. You might be an expert salesperson and be able to go out there and close with the best of them… But just because you are a superstar closer does not mean it will duplicate in your organization. In fact the harder you close the less a duplicates! Keep it simple… keep it duplicatable. You wanted to be so easy that a “dud” can show it to a “stud” halfway across the country on your 20th level in the business. When you have that happen you know you have something that can spread like wildfire!
Key #3 Have Fun & Develop Your Team Culture! Team culture is the glue the hold everything together! There will be times when you make money and so does your team. And then there will be times when business is not in full swing momentum and there are less people making money or even people grumbling. Culture is the glue that holds it all together. When you look at some of the great companies that have been around 50 and a hundred years culture has been the core element that has brought them success. What is culture? It’s the little things that just your team does. It’s a way of recognizing someone for promoting or doing the right activity. It’s hanging out and spending time together 4th of July Potlucks, Christmas Parties, Special recognition events. A team that plays together stays together!
Key #4 Give Tons of Recognition! Recognition is so very important. Orrin Woodward says it like this “Men Die for it and Babies Cry for it!… Mary Kay Ash says that the only thing people want more than money is… praise and recognition! Dole it out like you’re giving away free ice cream! The more you can honor and recognize someone, the more they will feel a sense on contribution and community. They will deeply appreciate it!
Key #5 Pass the Baton & Raise Up Leaders. This has been The Core Essence of our organization. Our team mission statement goes like this… “Our mission is to raise up leaders…That proclaim a message of freedom…And take that declaration around the world.” Think of yourself as a professional talents scout for those people that are super stars. And those people that want to become one and have a burning desire to do so. Find the ones that are hungry… Work with them. Pour into them, raise them up, help them succeed, help them promote and pass the Baton off. The sooner that you can get them up and running without you…The faster your organization will grow.
