Have You Ever Wondered How to Get Your Team Going Faster? What will Inspire them? What will motivate them? What will FIRE THEM UP to go for more? Well we’re going to talk about 7 Effective Ways to inspire and motivate your team! Things that you can use and build into the culture to keep things moving and grooving!
Motivation Tip #1: Praise Progress! Growth=Happiness. When you see someone moving in the right direction praise them! Don’t wait for them to hit the next rank, or earn the next bonus, or do anything that’s of a great magnitude. When you see someone moving in the right direction, Praise Them!
Motivation Tip #2: Cast the Vision and Speak Life! Tell them what’s possible for them! Tell them you believe in them! Tell them they have what it takes to WIN! We live in a day and age where so many people around speak negative things. They say “just stay where you’re at… why bother going for more?” You be different! Be the Great Encourager that shares all the great things that you see as possible for them in their life.
Motivation Tip #3: Tap Into Their Why! This is big! “Their Why” is the anchor. It is the driving force. Is a thing that is at the core of why they are doing this business. Tap into their WHY and use it as leverage to help them move forward.
Motivation Tip #4: Run Your Own Promotions. Make it fun and make it exciting! Put something extra up for grabs. You could run a contest where are a couple of prizes. Or you could do it in a way where each person wins if they qualify. Here are a couple of ideas. Have Special Leadership Dinner with your top leaders that qualify. Give away a designer purse or company bag or back pack. Offer Up extra product as a prize. Give away an iPad or some extra cash! Set and goal give people extra incentive to go for it!
Motivation Tip #5: Public Recognition. Public Recognition is huge! You can recognize people at 
Team events by bringing them up to the front and saying some nice words to edify them. You can recognize people with a post on Facebook. A Congrat of some sorts for the contribution they have made, or the achievement they accomplished. You can recognize people on a conference call where you edify them. Just remember Public recognition is huge. Use recognition at every chance you get!
Motivation Tip #6: Strategize with Them. Often times it is hard for people to really push if they don’t know exactly how to get there. Sit down with them, draw out their business, and put a strategic plan in place.
Motivation Tip #7: You Be the First to Lead the Way & Show Them It Is Possible If there’s a trip up for grabs, you be the first to qualify. If there is a contest going, on make sure you are in the running with them. Lead by example and they will believe they can follow you!
