Tip #1: Recruit to the “Big Picture”– When you recruit go BIG! Help your prospect focus on the “Big Picture” not just things like free product.
Tip #2: Launch Your New People.– This is KEY to creating duplication!
Tip #3: Train Your New People with what to Say. If you want them to win, they need to know how to communicate!
Tip #4: Set the Right Expectations. Big Work= Big Rewards… Little Work= Little Rewards. Help people understand that they can make crazy money and have incredible freedom, but it takes work! (Yes- WORK- and yes it is a 4 letter word. LOL!)
Tip #5: Do it with them! Dont be the one that signs them up and runs off. Do things with them until they get the hang of it! It’s not “you go do it” its “Let’s go do it!”

Tip #1: Recruit to the “Big Picture” What does this mean exactly? Well oftentimes it is easy to think small and share that with our prospects. Signing them up to get free product, more make a few extra hundred dollars a month. When you recruit that way, people think that’s all there is.
How would things change in your business if you recruited to the big picture? If you recruited people who are looking to change their life in a big way! If you sought out people that were looking to generate a six-figure income?
If you recruited people casting the vision that they could get free financially and get out of the job they hate so much! Or get out of the debt that weighs them down! Or have a college fund that would allow them to send their little ones to the finest School of their choice! How would that change your business? It would be huge!
Tip #2: Launch Your New People.This is absolutely crucial! One of the things that I see all too common is “drive by sponsoring”. People get excited, they signed up a new person… and then they run off to the next person. But they don’t take the time to get that new person started! This is so very important, so make sure you don’t leave this part out. When I register someone in the business I always schedule a time with in 24-48 hours that we can meet up again, to do their “Launch Plan”. Strike while the iron is hot and get them going fast! When you do their launch plan, you want to make sure to get their “list of names” and help them with what to say to their prospects.
Tip #3: Train Your New People with what to Say. This is essential if you want to see growth! Most of the time when people sign up they are new, they are excited, but they also have no idea what they’re doing! Some of the biggest mistakes are made with that initial list of contacts. They say way too much! Be sure to share with your new people during the “launch plan” how to contact their prospects. That the initial contact for that person on the Phone/Text/Facebook is an “Invitation Not a Presentation”. It should be a short simple phone call like- “Hey I found something that looks like we can help some people and make some money. Can we get together? I like to share more about it with you.”
Or they can simply just book a time to get together. Once they have everything set up with an appointment, then just briefly tell them why. “Hey I found something I think would be of great interest to you, can’t wait to see you and share more about it with you!”
Tip #4: Set the Right Expectations. All too many times we see people that get in and 30, 60 or 90 days later they’re already out of the business! Please, can anyone really create Financial Freedom and that type of time? Absolutely not! This is a 12 to 36 month plan! Remember, that time will pass anyways! But if somebody works their business diligently…They can create amazing wealth and abundance! So set the right expectations up front! Let them know this is not a get-rich-quick thing. They will get rich quick! But it will take time, will take personal growth, and it will take a whole lot of action!
Tip #5: Do it with them! This is where you give your new people on the job training. They get to collect a check and earn while they learn! So how this works is in the beginning you do it all for them. They get the appointments, they invite the people to their house, but you actually do all of the presenting. Its important to let them know up front that this is their “on the job training” because soon they will be doing it with you. After one or two times, it’s time for them to step up to the plate and do it with you. Then after that they can do it themselves and you can give feedback. Soon enough they will be on their own and you’ll be off to the next person and helping them get started as well!
Tip #6: Lead by Example. This is essential. Remember in network marketing this is not about “managing people”. This is about leading them! You can only lead if you’re out in front! It’s not about telling people what to do… it’s about doing it! They will see what you’re doing and they will also do the same thing.
So what are we talking about? Constantly recruiting, Promoting and showing up for your team meetings, conference calls, and last off, the big one… your company National Convention. If you lead by example by blazing a trail and promoting these events as well as doing the activities that it takes to get the business done, your team will see, and they will duplicate and follow your lead!
