2. Attractive People Are Encouragers! They always are up for giving a positive word and speaking to the potential of what could be. Give someone a pat on the back! Encouragers are always AWESOME to be around!

3. Attractive People Are Good At Edifying! They do a great job of Publicly recognizing others. It is wonderful when you tell someone how great they did or when you thank them. But when you do it publicly, the positive effect is multiplied many times over! Not only are they grateful for your kind words, but they also receive the esteem of the praise in front of their team and mentors.
