When You Think About What It Takes to Be Successful… You Know REALLY Successful. Oftentimes is easy to assume that you have to be good at a so things. Guess what, that is just NOT TRUE!
I had the great honor and privilege to spend time with someone who’s made over 100 million dollars in network marketing. There was 1 thing he said that really caught my attention. Here was this big Tip I caught…
“You do not need to do 1000 things well. Just do five things good, one thousand times!”
How profound is that! When you think about how sometimes it’s easy to get caught up in the little nitty-gritty details. It’s just the five core things that you’ve got to do 1000 Times!
So what might those things be for you? Here are a few…
#1 Contacting People. You need to know how to contact people and master the invite. We call it an invite because you’re inviting them to look at what you have, or to try what you’ve got. You just want them to see it!
#2 Launching New People. This is a business of duplication. However some people treat it like a business of addition and subtraction. If you want to see multiplication you must Master the core fundamental of launching your new people. This is equipping them and giving them the skills to get started in their own business. Without this you just have a revolving door!
#3 Team Building. Team building is big and this ties in with launching your new people.
You have to dial down and develop your team culture and community.
#4. Leadership. Leadership is influence. And your goal is to influence your organization in a positive way. Helping them move forward towards their dreams and goals. Leadership all starts with you! We must first lead ourselves and then from there we can lead others. Be the leader that your team is looking for.
#5. Presenting and Sharing. How good are you at showing what you got? The more you do the better you get. This is a fundamental skill.
Just get good at the handful of things. You don’t have to master a thousand things. Master the 5 and then do them a thousand times!
